Prairie Organic Vodka Poured at 10th Annual Food & Wine Entertaining Showcase in Chicago

Prairie Organic Vodka was featured at the 2008 Food & Wine Entertaining Showcase in Chicago. It was served in two delicious cocktails by famed Blackbird Restaurant Mixologist, Matty Colston.
Lady Killer
2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
.25 oz Aperol
.5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
.75 dash Fennel Extract
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with frozen pomelo that’s been tossed in honey and ouzo.
Prairie Orchard Apple
2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
2 oz Fresh Apple Cider
(Seedling Apple Cider from a local farmer was used.)
.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice.
Garnish with an apple slice.
